Dr. William Mensah Partner
Emmanuel is a foundation partner of the local firm from 1991 and has been responsible for practice management and supervision of various audit and assurance services, investigations, tax planning, design and implementation of accounting systems, general business advisory and consultancy services and staff training.
Kwabena is the Senior Partner at Boateng, Offei & Co., responsible for directing and supervising accountancy and finance related services, audits, systems design and implementation, project evaluation, corporate planning and general business support and management consultancy services.
Kissiedu is the resident partner at the Takoradi branch office. He is in charge of the technical and administrative management in the Takoradi office. His technical responsibilities include auditing, taxation and consultancy services.
William has overall responsibility for the firm’s Business Consulting and Advisory Services division which provides a wide range of consulting services to public and private sector and not-for-profit clients. His expertise includes strategic planning, business processing re-engineering, change management, performance management, loan syndication, corporate governance, international marketing and corporatere-structuring and re-organization.
